Claydon Campus Premises Manager

Permanent contract

Required as soon as possible

Grade 5 Point 15 – 18

Actual starting salary £32,654            

Hours of work: 37 hours per week /52 weeks per year

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, motivated and enthusiastic Premises Manager to join our Estates Team with Penrose Learning Trust as we begin a new chapter in 2025 with the creation of our Claydon Campus. The campus encompasses both Claydon High School and Claydon Primary School.

You will work closely with our Estates Team to ensure that we are fully compliant in all matters concerning Health and Safety. You will also receive training and support so you can develop your knowledge and skills.

You will be leading a team of two Caretakers, so strong organisational and communication skills are essential, alongside the need to be computer software competent. You will be the lynch pin between the Headteachers, staff, and Estates Team requiring a need for effective management, the ability to prioritise and full supervision of all areas of the campus.
